These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all services and digital products provided by UCIFER DESIGN, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Youssef Zein, based in Kanifing South, The Gambia (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Services & Digital Products

We provide graphic design, signage layouts, and CO₂ laser-ready vector files. Digital products (such as templates or laser files) are delivered as downloadable files after payment.

2. Use of Our Files

Unless stated otherwise, you may use purchased files for your own business or client projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our original design files.

3. Payments

Payments for digital products are processed securely via our payment partners (such as Paddle). Prices may be shown in USD and/or local currency. Any taxes or fees will be shown at checkout.

4. Refunds

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, layouts, and vector files remain the intellectual property of UCIFER DESIGN unless we explicitly transfer rights in writing.
