Refund Policy

Because our products are digital design files that are delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

1. Non-refundable items

• Digital downloads (SVG, PNG, AI, EPS, PDF, etc.).
• Custom design work that has already been delivered.

2. When a refund may be considered

We may offer a refund or replacement file in special cases, for example:

• File is corrupted and we cannot provide a working version.
• You were charged twice for the same product by mistake.

3. Before you request a refund

If you have any problem with a file (for example it doesn’t open in your software, or you need a different format), please contact us first. We’ll do our best to fix the issue or provide an alternative version.
